Injection bushing TW
Injection bushings TW are used to supply hot runner manifolds with plastic. They are heated with band heater GO with Fe-CuNi thermocouple.

Band heater GO
Band heaters are used for heating cylinders of manifold injection bushings and single nozzles. They can be equipped with thermocouple type J (Fe-CuNi). Heater cables are protected from breaking. Supply cables are placed opposite mounting screws.
Heater dimensions are defined by customer.
How to order:
GO / Power P / Internal diameter ØD / Height H / T for heaters with thermocouple

Spiral heaters GS
Spiral heaters are used in processing of most plastics. They are also available in a version equipped with thermocouple type J (Fe-CuNi). We make use of heaters made by Watlow.
Heater dimensions are defined by customer.
How to order:
GS / Power P / Internal diameter ØD / Length L / α angle / T for heaters with thermocouple
Example: GS / P=100 / ØD=20 / L=80 / a=90° / T
Tubular heater GT
Tubular heaters are most frequently used for thermolabile and technical plastics processing. They provide better and more uniform heat emission into the nozzle. They can be also equipped with thermocouple type J (Fe-CuNi). We make use of heaters made by Watlow.
Heater dimensions are defined by customer.
